Estimates and pricing
Free estimates apply to non-emergency work. Pricing for emergency dispatch is confirmed by phone or on-site before repair work begins. Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate if the technician finds additional issues once work is underway; any change is communicated before proceeding.
Scheduling
Emergency dispatch operates 24/7. Non-emergency appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.
Licensing
Plumbing work is performed by technicians certified through the Alabama Plumbers and Gas Fitters Examining Board, in accordance with Jefferson County contractor registration standards and requirements.
Limitation of liability
Birmingham Apex Plumbing is not liable for pre-existing conditions unrelated to the scope of work performed. Any issue with completed work should be reported promptly so it can be addressed.
